  • Requirement: This cable requires a USB-C power bank or charger capable of delivering 45W 15V3A output. Check the specifications of your USB-C charger to make sure it says "15V/3A". Some PD chargers and most phone chargers are not compatible with this cable.
  • COMMON ISSUES: 1. If the LED flashes: it means that your charger has insufficient power. Use a USB-C charger of 15V3A and 45W or more. 2. Phone and tablet chargers do not work: lack of 15V or less than 45W. Older Mcbook chargers, such as A1718, A1719, A1540, A1882, are not compatible. 3. If the LED does not light up: try another 15V/3A 45W charger. If the problem persists, contact us.

Doublecheck your USBC charger to ensure that the USBC charger lists "15V/3A" in the specifications. Some Apple PD chargers didn't support the cable. Female USBC charging cable also need the USBC cable can carry 3A current.
