You should feel some resistance building up as you wind up the rotor, like a toy race car. The rotor should be fully wound within 10-15 steps. Note: Hold the wrist ball outwards or horizontally, otherwise it will interfere with its rotation. Do not continue winding after encountering resistance during the winding process, otherwise the product will be damaged. The thumb quickly releases the center of the ball and holds it in one hand, rotor should now spin at a moderate speed.
