How to wear the Foot Cast Protector

  1. Expand the opening.
  2. Lightly put your foot into the cover and avoid touching the wound.
  3. Adjust the ring around your foot.
  4. Safely for the shower.

Please Notice:

  1. You had better ask someone else to help stretch out the silicone to avoid direct contact your wounds or the protector.
  2. Do not wear it any longer (< 30 minutes) than necessary to avoid semi-tourniquet and stress mark on your foot.
  3. This is normal you may find some condensation inside or outside of the sleeve after shower.
  4. Please avoid any hard objects, like nails or sharp tools, to scratch the silicone.
