The OPRO mouthguard, the fitting tool, a ceramic bowl, freshly boiled water, a spoon, a timer, and cold water. Pour freshly boiled water (100°c) into a bowl, insert fitting handle into mouthguard and immediately place the mouthguard in the water. Using the fitting handle pop the mouthguard centrally into your mouth and bite down hard. Put mouthguard in cold water for 20 seconds. For best results, refrigerate for 15 minutes or leave at room temperature for an hour before use. How do I clean my mouthguard? We suggest using OPRO cleaning tablets to ensure your mouthguard stays hygienically clean and minty fresh. Do not use toothpaste or anything abrasive as this will cause damage to your mouthguard. Can I remold my OPRO mouthguard if it doesn’t fit perfectly the first time? Yes! Our Instant Custom and Self-Fit mouthguards (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are remoldable, provided that the fitting instructions are carefully followed.
