The flexible silicone basting bulb makes it easy to draw juices and liquids into the tube, and the flat side of the bulb allows it to sit on countertops without rolling away. The clear BPA-free polypropylene plastic basting tube measures up to 1.5 oz. of liquid, and the narrow tip effortlessly injects it into the meat. The tube is heat resistant up to 212°F and the bulb is heat resistant up to 450°F, while the longer 11.5" length keeps hands away from hot pans and liquids for safer use. The two-piece construction allows the bulb to be detached from the tube for easy cleaning, and both pieces are top rack dishwasher safe. Measuring 14" x 3.75" x 2" total, this baster can be conveniently stored in utensil drawers when not in use.
